RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — Today Vice President Joe Biden and his wife Dr. Jill Biden, will appear in Richmond as part of the Obama campaign’s last efforts to sway and rally Virginia voters before Election Day.
The “grassroots” event will take place Monday evening at Historic Tredegar.
Democratic Senatorial Candidate Tim Kaine will be in attendance with U.S. Senators Jim Webb and Mark Warner.
Special guest, John Mellencamp will also be at the rally.
Doors for the event open at 5p.m.
