It’s the season closer for events at The 17th Street Farmer’s Market and there are several events planned at the market for the weekend. The fun kicks off tonight starting at 6pm with an after Halloween Celebration, “Night of the Dead Festival”, featuring Latin music and dancing and food. On Saturday it’s the 13th Annual Brunswick Stew Festival, Stew Masters will have their best stews available to sample and to take home, music provided by Road Kill & Proverbial and there’s shopping from 11am-4pm.

The final event for the season is the 2nd Annual Autumn Bottom Brews, Craft Beer and Festival Food event featuring forty different types of beers paired off with different types of foods, also features The Trongone Family Band.

All three events are free and open to the public, organizers are asking that each person one or two cans of food for the Central Virginia Food Band Food Drive to each event. For more details on these events visit www.richmondgov.com/FarmersMarket.
