10 PM Update on Sandy

Wind speeds have been gradually increasing across the area this evening, with a few gusts over 40 mph in the Richmond Metro Area.  Our Skytracker camera on top of the Dominion building in downtown Richmond measured a 50 mph wind gust earlier this evening.  I've made a few changes to the expected impacts on the metro area outlined by the graphics below:

We will continue to see wind gusts strengthen over the next several hours, with gusts weakening a little before sunrise Tuesday.  Storm total rainfall in Richmond is a little over 2" through 10 PM. -Zach
