RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR)–The City of Richmond will operate under a liberal leave policy for Monday October 29.

All essential personnel should report to their respective work areas at their regular time or consult their immediate supervisor if they have scheduling questions, announced the city in a press release.

Non-essential employees should contact their immediate supervisor to request leave under the liberal leave policy.

The City’s 3-1-1 Call Center will remain open and staffed to receive calls 24-hours a day until the storm passes. City of Richmond residents may call either 3-1-1 or (804) 646-7000 to report non life-threatening emergencies and to report downed tress.
