Richmond Walk to Defeat ALS, Lou Gehrig’s Disease

RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) —¬†Families, friends and co-workers will take to the pavement once again to show support for ALS, Lou Gehrig’s Disease.

The 13th annual Richmond Walk to Defeat ALS is Saturday, Oct. 26 on Brown’s Island. There is no fee to Walk to Defeat ALS, participants can show support by raising donations through a variety of fundraising methods.

Walkers can register online at www.walktodefeatals.org. Click on the Richmond Walk or register in person the day of the walk on Brown’s Island.

Registration is at 10 a.m. and the walk starts at 11 a.m.
