HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) - Actress Ashley Judd stopped by the Obama for America Office in Henrico Sunday to celebrate the Women's Weekend of Action.
She knocked on doors with other women to encourage people to vote and said grassroots campaigning is essential for both parties.
"We're talking about the base and the grassroots, individuals, families, households and communities," she said. "That's what this election is about," she added. "It's not about big national media, expensive commercials and billboards."
