Woman claims man took picture up her skirt at West End Walmart

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – Henrico Police released a photo of a man accused of taking a picture up a woman’s skirt at Walmart.

Police responded at the Parham Road Walmart on Sept. 26 when a woman claimed a man used his cellphone to take pictures or video up her skirt.

Henrico Police described the suspect as “possibly being a black male, in his early 20’s, 5’10”, 130 pounds with short black hair in crown rows.”

Police said the man left the store in a vehicle that looked like a white Dodge Caravan.
