CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WTVR)–Chesterfield police are investigating an allegation of assault and battery at a Chesterfield elementary school.
Police reports say the incident happened Friday at the Grange Hall Elementary school.
Police say a parent of the alleged victim filed a complaint that evening and that says the alleged incident happened during recess.
A spokesperson for Chesterfield schools says they are fully cooperating with Chesterfield police.
