An area of disturbed weather over the eastern Caribbean developed into Tropical Storm Rafael on Friday evening.
The forecast storm track moves the center over eastern Puerto Rico by Sunday morning, and to near Bermuda on Tuesday. Rafael could reach hurricane strength (winds of 74 mph or higher) on Monday.
