HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) - On Thursday, a suspect was arrested for the Regency Square Mall shooting that happened last Monday.
An event called "Take Back Regency," was planned in response to the shooting. Its purpose was to encourage people to get out and be in public places without a fear of violence.
However, it was business as usual. We did not find any specific groups that were there for the event, but comments on the group's Facebook page imply that people were out shopping.
