3 busted for breaking into vehicles, underage drinking

HENRICO, Va. (WTVR) – Police said three men have been arrested for breaking into vehicles and underage drinking in Henrico County. 

Officers said they were called to the 9400 block of Greenhill Court around 2 a.m. Thursday after receiving word about several vehicles had been broken into.

Investigators said their investigation led them to the three suspects.

Police said 18-year-old Devan Virgin, of the 9300 block of Greenford Dr. in Richmond, was arrested for 2 counts of grand larceny and vandalism

Additionally, 20-year-old Christopher Woolcott, of the 4800 block of Belle Glade Dr. in Richmond, was arrested for 2 counts of grand larceny, vandalism and underage possession of alcohol.

Eighteen-year-old Matthew Russell, of the 100 block of Windsor Ave. in Colonial Heights, was also arrested for 2 counts of grand larceny, vandalism and underage possession of alcohol.

Officers said they recovered several stolen items, including GPS units.
