Gamer robbed after ‘Resident Evil 6’ pre-release party

ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – Albemarle Police are looking for two men who robbed a customer outside a pre-release party for the video game “Resident Evil 6”.

In an email to CBS 6, Albemarle Police Public Information Officer Carter Johnson wrote the crime happened early Tuesday morning outside the Game Stop on Seminole Trail.

He said the customer was getting into his car when the robbers came up, threatened the customer with a gun and took the video game. 

Police described the suspects as two black men wearing dark colored hoodies, approximately 6 feet tall, weighing between 160-180 pounds. The men were last seen running south on Seminole Trail, Johnson said.
