RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR)- The 8th Annual Richmond Italian Street Festival kicks off this weekend and we get a tasty preview courtesy of local caterer, Joe DeFazio. The Italian Street Festival starts this Saturday, September 29th at 11am to 8pm and again Sunday the 30th 11am-6pm.
