Pudding Sauce With Fruit 

  • 1 (10 oz.) box vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 3/4 cup milk (cold)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 or 3 ( 12 oz.) cans mixed fruit, (drained) 
  • Fresh apples and grapes
  • 1 banana (sliced)

Mix pudding in a bowl and mix with cold milk, orange juice and whisk for about 2 minutes or until soft-set.  

Refrigerate at least 5 minutes before adding fruit.  Add drained fruit and/or fresh fruit and refrigerate thoroughly, until ready to serve. 

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
