HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – Henrico fire crews were called to the 8000 block of West Broad Street to put out a truck fire. That’s on Broad Street just east of Parham Road.
We’re told the driver pulled the truck over after experiencing a mechanical issue. The driver went into a nearby restaurant to get food. When he came out, his truck was on fire.
Two westbound lanes of West Broad Street were closed for clean-up.
No one was injured.
Hazmat is on scene as a precaution.
