Chesterfield woman arrested for series of bank robberies

(WTVR) – Chesterfield police have arrested a woman they believe to be a serial bank robber.

Police suspect 48-year-old Touwana Tate-Edwards was involved in robberies in Chesterfield County since July 12th.

Edwards was arrested today and charged in relation to four different incidents.

She is currently being held at the Chesterfield County Jail without bond.
