Former school administrator no longer faces prostitution charge
CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – A Solicitation of Prostitution charge against a former Chesterfield County school administrator has been nolle prossed, according to Ken Nichols, with the Chesterfield Commonwealth’s Attorney’s office. Nichols said the charge would likely not be brought up again.
Police arrested Steven Floyd during a February sting operation. Chesterfield County Schools spokesman Shawn Smith told CBS 6 Floyd resigned shortly after the arrest.
Nichols did not say why the charges were nolle prossed.
