RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Emergency water main repairs are causing delays along Midlothian Turnpike (Route 60) and could continue through the afternoon. Crews are on scene at Moorefield Park Drive along Midlothian Tpke. Eastbound. Detours are in place.
