RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – In May 2011, Tracy Sears reported on a Richmond-area doctor who said he’s seeing more issues with baby boys who get circumcised at the hospital.
Dr. Boyd Winslow told Sears too many procedures are done by doctors who make mistakes when they rush through the process. Winslow said he’s trying to train doctors on the proper ways to circumcise.
