Managers of condemned apartment complex discuss changes with Hopewell leaders

HOPEWELL, Va. (WTVR) – The company managing four apartment complexes in Hopewell met with city leaders Friday morning to discuss changes for the properties.

Wednesday CBS 6 reported city inspectors were shutting down Broadway East Apartments due to a sewage leak.

Friday Morning, city leaders approved plans for upcoming changes at three of the complexes.
