6th Annual “We Care” Unity Festival Postponed to September 1st

RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR)

Community Organizations, Churches, and Business are joining forces for the 6th annual "We Care" Festival, at Hotchkiss Community Center. "We Care" highlights wellness, education, community awareness and resident empowerment in the community and is sponsored in part by Fifth Street Baptist Church, Marks & Harrison, City of Richmond and City to City Auto Sales.

There's something for everyone at this year's festival says organizer Craig Watson, back to school supplies, carnival games and inflatable moonwalks, health & wellness screenings, educational information, exhibits, food vendors, a basketball skills challenge and a chance to win a 2006 Dodge Charger. Raffle tickets cost $10 but the festival is free.
