Traffic Forecast AM: August 20th

RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Expect delays along the Huguenot Bridge tonight through Sept. 7th.

Crews will shut down the bridge for increments of 45 minutes starting tonight. Details in my traffic forecast here:
