RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – All lanes are back open on I-95 south at Boulevard after four different crashes shut down all lanes of the interstate earlier Monday.
The other southbound lanes reopened around 9 a.m., but officials said that the right lane was still closed until around 9:35 a.m.
There was still a four mile backup because of the wrecks and officials said drivers should expect major delays.
VDOT said drivers should use Route 1/301 as an alternate.
