In his first public remarks in  two months, WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange spoke out from the Ecuadorian Embassy in London on Sunday.

He thanked his supporters, and called on President Obama and the United States to drop its “witch hunt” against WikiLeaks. Assange had been staying at the embassy since June, and faces charges in Sweden for alleged sexual assault crimes.
