CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – The Chesterfield Police Department identified a man killed riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle Wednesday night.
Police said John Peyton, 48, of the 3500 block Old Williamsburg Road in Henrico, was killed when his motorcycle crossed the center line along the 9300 block of Qualla Road and hit a Mercury SUV head on.
Police are still investigating the crash, which happened around 11:20 p.m.
The driver of the SUV suffered minor injuries, according to police.
