The watch is for southeast Virginia, including the Richmond metro area.
Wind gusts to 70 mph and hail up to 2″ in diameter will be possible with the most intense storms. Enough low-level shear is present for the potential of a brief tornado or two, mainly across Hampton Roads and far southern VA.
