RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - The Octaves, University of Richmond's all-male a cappella group, can be heard on a new two-disc album. The group's “The Show Goes On” was chosen to appear on “Voices Only 2012.” The album, released every year since 2005, highlights the best a cappella songs performed the previous year.

"This honor is not just about us, but is a testament to the amazing university we are a part of. We wouldn't be able to be doing what we are doing without the university, and we represent Richmond in everything we do,” said Jared Feinman, the group’s music director.
