TRAFFIC ALERT: I-95 north and southbound reduced to one lane

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – Traffic is clearing up on I-95 at mile marker 61. Earlier this morning a vehicle accident caused the north center and right to close. Also the south left and center lanes were closed.
