GLEN ALLEN, Va. (WTVR) – A Glen Allen couple hopes the driver who hit their fence and then drove off comes forward. Joe and Judy Coleman sent pictures of the damage to CBS 6.
The Colemans said someone drove into the fence that surrounds the couple’s home along the 5900 block of Springfield Road.
