RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Construction along 95 North coming in from Chesterfield caused major delays this morning. Crews could be on scene again tonight and into those early morning hours. Expect the two left lanes to be closed between mile marker 69 and 73. Use route 1 to avoid delays.
