ASHBURN, Va. (WTVR) - Thousands showed up to Redskins Park in Ashburn, including Governor Bob McDonnell.

Fans centered around the team's first-round draft pick quarterback, Robert Griffin III.  They hope he will be a leader and improve the team's record this season.

The Redskins announced in June that it is planning to move its summer training camp to Richmond in 2013.  This is the last summer that the Redskins will be in Ashburn.
