RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – An event at St. Catherine’s School in Richmond honored the memory of Taylor Anderson Thursday evening.

Anderson was teaching English to students in Japan when the tsunami struck and she was killed.

The Taylor Anderson Gift Fund, which was established after her death, is teaming up with the YMCA and to bring seven Japanese students to America.

The kids will visit St. Catherine’s and also participate in the Y Olympics at Camp Thunderbird at the YMCA.
