New hurricane app available through Red Cross

Richmond, Va (WTVR) -  Are you a smart-phone user? Then you may want to prepare for Hurricane season with this new app. The American Red Cross recently launched a new Hurricane Application that  alerts you any time on storm warning information for a specific area of interest to you.
