RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR)- The festive sounds of the band ‘Offering’ get us into the spirit of the season in July! ‘Offering’ will play the annual ‘Christmas in July’ event this Saturday benefiting the Central Virginia Food Bank’s annual ‘Summer Festival and Food Drive.’
