What happens when four superfriends retire and move to Miami to share a ranch style home?
That's the question that inspired New York based artist Kevin Bapp to re-imagine the opening of the popular television show Golden Girls. The new characters are Superman, Batman, Aquaman and Robin. [mobile users, click here to view the video: http://youtu.be/pBkAi-giu-g]
He told The Guardian that he is not sure how long it took him to complete the 46 second video, but that it took a lot of time.
"I wasn't really watching the clock," Bapp said Tuesday to The Guardian, "but it took a lot of time."
Bapp said that he had been consider fusing the two shows together since 2009. He's been working in advertising for over 25 years, according to his website, doing everything from paste-up mechanical artist, designer and storyboard artist, freelance illustrator, and now animation.
