Dominion: 15,000 without power in Central Virginia

RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Dominion Virginia Power still has 15,000 customers without power in Central Virginia following Friday night’s storm. Nearly 140,000 Dominion customers are without power across the Commonwealth, the majority of the outages (85,000) are in Northern Virginia.
