RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – The Virginia Department of Transportation reported the right lane on I-95 south has reopened, just south of Maury Street at mile marker 72.
Earlier, VDOT said a tractor trailer leaked diesel fuel onto the interstate. The lane was closed as crews cleaned up the spill.
