RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - The United States Supreme Court upheld the main portion of the Health Care act Thursday, that requires all Americans to have health insurance.

CBS 6 invited political expert and constitution professor Dr. Lauren Cohen-Bell from Randolph-Macon College to the studio Thursday to share her thoughts on the matter. Bell served as a fellow with the U.S. Supreme Court in 2006.
