Sam Brock sat down with Richmond City Council President Kathy Graziano about a report years in the making. A citizen tried to physically attack a council member prompting an investigation into how safe the city council chambers actually are.

Security improvements will be made, but people will still have the same rights to comment on concerns that they have. Graziano says that you can't really restrict someone's speech, and you can voice your opinion as long as you are safe and respectful.

Security measures in the council chamber, include a panic button and a sweep through chambers before meetings.

Graziano was recently named to a steering committee which has been given the task of helping the Redskins move to Richmond for their summer training camp next year.
