RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Richmond Mayor Dwight Jones will officially announce his re-election bid Thursday.
The announcement is set to take place at 5:30 p.m. at the Hippodrome Theater in the city.
Two challengers have also filed paperwork to run for mayor. Rick Tatnall, a director for a local non-profit, and Shirley Harvey, a former member of Richmond City Council.
