RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Expect delays in the middle of the city at Boulevard today due to bridge work. Crews will have multiple lane closures beginning at 8:30 am and going through 3 pm. Expect delays at Boulevard (mile marker 78). Avoid the area by using 195. the Downtown Expressway or 295 instead.
Also, be ready for congestion and police directing traffic at the Siegel Center today. High School graduation kick off with St. Gertrude at 3pm. Avoid the area at least an hour before and after the event. The ceremony will last from 3pm until 5pm.
