HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – A car accident slowed traffic on Interstate 95 north near the Sliding Hill Rd. exit on Tuesday morning. The accident closed the two left travel lanes, backing up traffic during the morning commute. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
