Lanes reopen after car flips on 95 north

RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – All lanes reopened on Interstate 95 north at Boulevard (mile marker 78) around 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.

All lanes closed around 9: 30 a.m. when a car overturned, according to a VDOT alert.
