RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - An agreement was reached Friday for more than two dozen activists arrested at the State Capitol advocating for women’s rights.

Charges of unlawful assembly were dropped - leaving each protester with just a charge of trespassing.

Additionally, the judge said he would take those charges under advisement for six months -- and would likely dismiss them if there were no more problems.
