Abandoned building catches fire in Midlothian

CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WTVR) – Chesterfield fire crews battled a blaze early Sunday morning on Midlothian Turnpike.

The initial reports came in to 911 at around 5:30 a.m. Fire crews tell us that the building, located in the 13200 block of Midlothian Turnpike was a vacated property, and no one was injured. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
