RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Richmond police are investigating a crash that sent one man to the hospital, suffering critical injuries this morning.
The accident happened at the 1200 block of Cary st. around 1:25 this morning.
Police say the 25-year old male victim was crossing the street when he was hit.
He is at a nearby hospital in critical condition.
