WEATHER: Friday morning forecast

RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – A cold front moved into southeast Virginia early this morning, bringing cooler, drier air into central Virginia. Skies will be mostly clear today with breezy winds from the north behind the front at 10 to 20 mph. If you have outdoor evening plans, temperatures will fall from the mid 60s into the low 50s with lighter winds and mostly clear skies.

Scattered showers are expected Saturday off and on, with some heavier rain ahead of a cold front late Saturday night into pre-dawn Sunday. Click here for more on the forecast.
