Interstate reopens after vehicle overturns on 95
RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – All lanes on Interstate 95 have reopened through Richmond, according to Virginia Department of Transportation Communications Manager Dawn Eischen. The lanes reopened just before 3:00 p.m. Friday.
Earlier an overturned vehicle on Interstate 95 in Richmond had several lanes blocked. At one point the left and center lanes were closed on I-95 south at Broad Street (mile marker 74) and the left lane of I-95 north was also closed.
Traffic backed up for more than three miles. VDOT warned to expect residual delays in the area.
