New football coach expects great things at Petersburg High School

PETERSBURG, Va. (WTVR) – Josh Wallace was named head football coach of Petersburg High School during a Friday morning press conference.

Wallace, who most recently coached high school football in North Carolina, said his goal was to get his players on the right track as students and young men. He said he expected his players, coaches and the Petersburg community to accomplish great things.

Coach Wallace spoke to CBS 6 senior reporter Wayne Covil following the morning announcement.
