Traffic Forecast PM: April 18th

RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Expect delays around Boulevard on 95 North and South tonight. Crews will continue bridge work at mile marker 78. Only one lane will be open in each direction along 95. They may also have exit closures. Expect crews to be on scene from 8pm to 6am.
